Linsey Jayne, MFA

Linsey is a poet, digital marketer, and the cofounding editor-in-chief of Spry Literary Journal. Linsey established Spry with the goal of creating a safe, positive environment focused on support and growth. Spry is a biannual journal that publishes short, tight, strong forms of writing—poetry, flash, and short stories—as well as art, photography, and craft interviews. Spry is an all-volunteer journal—everyone on the editorial team is interviewed prior to acceptance, but joins and supports out of a belief in the power of muscular, vulnerable language, and art.
